KALYX is the unit of this testnet. It pays gas here. The project token, when it is published, is a contract on Robinhood Chain. It does not pay gas on this testnet.

On the testnet, the base fee is burned and the tip goes to the proposer. The starting base fee is 1 gwei. A fee split of half burned and half paid, and a disinflation schedule, are not fields in this genesis.
