Kalyx

The name is Greek. The security is the signature.

Kalyx comes from κάλυξ, the calyx: the ring of sepals under a flower. That is the dictionary meaning. It is a name, not a consensus rule and not a token.

The protection on this chain is the signature. Validator duties use ML-DSA-87. Spending accounts use XMSS. Shor's algorithm solves factoring and the elliptic-curve problem. It does not solve these two schemes. That is a choice of math. It is not a promise that no future method can ever touch them, and it is not a claim that the clients have finished an audit. The chain is quantum-proof proof of stake. A Super Intelligence Validator may let a model draft a block. The model does not hold the key.

The protocol page has the sizes, the stake, and the slot time.
